Shipping, Returns & Wholesale Policy

Shipping Policy

Your Elysia Istanbul order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Domestic deliveries within Turkey are typically completed within 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during promotional periods and national holidays.

Shipping Fee:​

  • Shipping is free for domestic orders of 1000 TL or more.

  • A flat shipping fee applies to orders below 1000 TL (the exact amount will be shown at checkout).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For wholesale sales, questions such as order notification, approval, production and shipment times, shipping costs will be answered via wholesale@elysiaistanbul.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

​You may return or exchange your Elysia İstanbul item within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete.

Return Process:

  1. Email your return or exchange request to support@elysiaistanbul.com.

  2. Once approved, send the item to the provided return address.

  3. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Due to legal restrictions and hygiene standards, returns and exchanges are not accepted for metal bag accessories and knitted equipment.

  • If the product is damaged during shipping, a damage report must be filed with the courier at the time of delivery.

Pre-Order Items:​

  • For pre-order items, the maximum order quantity for crocheted bags is 10 units, even if not explicitly stated in the product description.

  • Orders exceeding 10 units will be considered wholesale, and the production and delivery timelines will be communicated accordingly.

  • Pre-order items can be canceled within the first 3 days.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted after 3 days from the order date, a 30% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.

At Elysia İstanbul, we are proud to offer our products representing aesthetics, elegance, and quality to trusted and select retail partners through wholesale collaborations. Below you will find our fundamental store policies regarding wholesale processes.

Order and Production Process

  • Wholesale orders are processed after an application and approval procedure.

  • Since our products are handmade and require a production period, please confirm the delivery date via email at wholesale@elysiaistanbul.com.

  • Orders are subject to minimum order amounts and/or quantity requirements. Details will be provided upon collaboration approval.

  • For handmade finished products aside from women's accessories, bag accessories, etc., delivery times may vary depending on stock availability. (If the product is in stock, faster shipping will be arranged.)

Payment Terms

  • For wholesale orders, 50% of the total amount is collected as a down payment.

  • Production will not begin until the initial payment is received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the products are shipped.

  • All payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or credit card.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipment using the buyer’s own courier service is possible.

  • For international shipments, customs duties and import responsibilities lie with the buyer.

  • In case of product damage upon delivery, a delivery report must be filed at the time of receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects in wholesale sales.

  • Written notification must be made no later than 3 business days after product delivery.

  • Minor differences due to handcrafting are part of the natural character of the product and are not considered defects.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for certain product groups for hygiene and legal reasons (e.g., metal bag accessories, crochet hooks, knitting needles, knitted products, underwear, beachwear, etc.).

Sales Channels and Brand Representation

  • Sale of Elysia Istanbul products on online marketplaces (such as Trendyol, Amazon, etc.) is only permitted with written consent.

  • Product descriptions, pricing, and visuals must be used in a manner consistent with the brand’s image.

  • Sales or marketing practices that damage the brand’s reputation will result in termination of the collaboration.
